ORTAL will handle travel, visa, transport, accommodation and all other travel arrangements of the exhibitors as well as the participants.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

ORTAL Travel & Tourism organize airport transfers from / to the respective hotels and will also arrange a welcome service at Ben Gurion International Airport so as to meet and assist the participants.

 

SHUTTLE SERVICES

ORTAL Travel & Tourism will also organize direct shuttle service.

The Hotels – Fair Grounds shuttle will bring rapidly the exhibitors as well  as the participants from the Hotels to the Exhibition Grounds in the morning and a return shuttle from the Exhibition Grounds to the Hotels in the evening .

The exact hours of the shuttle services will be advertised in the notice board of every hotel.

 

HOSPITALITY DESK

A multi lingual assistant who will be at the lobby of the Hotel  which will selected as the Head Quarters Hotel  so as  to provide extra  on – site services during the exhibition period .

INSURANCE

 

Neither MASHOV, the Organizers, nor ORTAL, the Official Appointed Travel Agent do not accept any responsibility for accidents which might occur. Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance ( medical, personal accident and luggage ) in their home country prior to their departure or in case that we shall be informed , upon a certain fee , ORTAL  Travel  &  Tourism  will take care of the respective insurances upon demand . PAYMENTS All  the  payments  related  with  the  respective  reservations  have  to  be  made  to
